When you order your headset we will set up a zoom video call to walk you through connecting the headset to wifi and getting up and running.

Q: Can I play games on my VR Headset?

No, we have the headsets locked to keep them fully focused on enterprise solutions. 

Q: Can I reset my headset to play games?

Yes - It's your headset, just tell us and we will unlock the permissions.
